Terms of Service

The service

bigtech.cv provides ATS readiness scoring, CV storage and editing, job tracking, and related analysis tools for job seekers. The free tier shows a teaser score and summary. Full reports - including every flagged issue, fix, and keyword list - require account registration and either a credit or an active Pass.

ATS scores and suggestions are informational tools. We do not guarantee interview outcomes, job offers, or that any employer's ATS will parse your CV identically to our checks.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Purchases and credits

• Credit packs and Pass Lifetime are one-time purchases processed by Polar.sh. Prices are shown before checkout.
• One credit unlocks one full ATS report (or one full job-match analysis). Credits do not expire while your account remains active.
• Pass Lifetime grants unlimited report unlocks for the lifetime of the product offering. If the service is discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice and a pro-rata remedy where required by law.
• All sales are final except where refund is required by applicable consumer protection law. Contact us within 14 days of purchase if you believe a charge was made in error.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Use the service to build a competing product using our outputs at scale.
• Share account credentials or resell report access.

Your content

You retain ownership of CVs and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIGTECH.CV AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Unused credits are non-refundable upon voluntary account deletion except where required by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Yerevan, Armenia, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
